Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk 

  • 3 Tbls. chia seeds 

  • ¼ cup mixed berries

Preparation

Step 1


Pour coconut milk into small jars, add chia seeds and berries mix and  put into the fridge overnight.  


Step 2


You can substitute the berries for  mangos, or other fruit such as half a banana
