About the Recipe
3 cups organic leafy greens (kale, spinach, romaine lettuce or mixed greens)
1 ½ cup water
3 Tbls. Nutiva Hemp protein powder or 2-4 scoops Great Lakes Collagen
1 Tbls. flaxseed oil
1 tsp. Hawaiian Pacific Spirulina
½ cup mixed frozen berries or half a frozen banana
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend on high and enjoy.
