Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ½ cup spinach

  • 1 tsp. turmeric

  • ½ tsp. black pepper

  • 1 tsp. Braggs nutritional yeast

  • Serve with ½ avocado and 2 Tbls. salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Heat pan on medium heat add olive oil, spinach, eggs, and scramble.  


Step 2

Cook for a couple minutes and then add the turmeric, black pepper and nutritional yeast.


Step 3

Serve with avocado and salsa (optional).
